The old door comes out and we inspect and repair the rough opening so the new unit sits on sound, square framing.

Set & flash to spec
The unit is set plumb and square, shimmed, and the sill and jambs flashed and sealed per the manufacturer's published instructions.

Hardware & weather seal
We install and adjust the locking hardware, threshold, and weatherstrip for a solid latch and tight seal; combination units get screen and storm detailing.

Finish & walkthrough
We finish as specified, clean up, and walk the operation, lock, and seal with you.
